1. 1. Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (herein after referred to as “DCBL”) introduces a consumer offer ‘DSP DHALAI BONANZA’ valid from 01.02.2021 to 31.03.2021 (herein after referred to as “Offer”). The offer is valid in states of Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland & Arunachal Pradesh on purchase of 75 or more bags of Dalmia DSP cement. This Offer is valid until gift stocks last.
2. 2. Customers availing the DSP DHALAI BONANZA Offer will be eligible for one (1N) unit of 3 pc casserole set on purchase of 75 – 199 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, one (1N) unit of back pack on purchase of 200 – 349 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, one (1N) unit of mixer grinder on purchase of 350 – 499 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, one (1N) unit of Travel Bag on purchase of 500 + bags of Dalmia DSP cement (hereinafter referred to as “Assured Gifts”).
3. 3. The last date of redemption of Assured Gifts will be 31st March, 2021. No representations in this regard will be entertained. The redemption date may only be changed as per discretion of DCBL management.
4. 4. The Offer requires for the customer to register before purchasing Dalmia DSP Cement to avail any of the Assured Gifts. The registration will be done by the retailer, wherein customer must provide his/her name & mobile no to the retailer from whom Dalmia DSP cement is being purchased. The Customer will receive an OTP on his/her mobile number which needs to be shared with the retailer for successful purchase registration of Dalmia DSP cement under the Offer.
5. 5. During the offer period i.e. from 1.02.2021 to 31.03.2021 customer can make multiple purchase registrations of Dalmia DSP cement by following the above given step in point 4.
6. 6. For gift redemption, customer to inform the retailer & share his/her mobile no to check for accumulated bag purchase of Dalmia DSP cement during the offer period from given retailer. As per the applicable slab, the assured gift can be selected for redemption. Post assured gift selection, customer will receive an OTP on his/her mobile no which needs to be shared with the retailer for successful gift redemption process under the Offer. Upon every successful gift redemption process done by retailer for the customer, the accrued value of DSP bag purchase against customer’s registered mobile no (with the given retailer) will be reset to ‘0’.
7. 7. Post successful gift redemption process under the Offer for one (1N) unit of 3 pc casserole set on purchase of 75 – 199 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, retailer will give the customer his/her Assured gift.
8. 8. Post successful gift redemption process under the Offer for one (1N) unit of back pack on purchase of 200 – 349 bags of Dalmia DSP cement / one (1N) unit of mixer grinder on purchase of 350 – 499 bags of Dalmia DSP cement / one (1N) unit of Travel Bag on purchase of 500 + bags of Dalmia DSP cement, retailer will give the customer his/her Assured gift within 15 days of gift redemption transaction. These redemptions will be subject to verification by DCBL.
9. 9. By registering for the offer, all customers wilfully and unconditionally agree to accept all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
10. 10. At the end of the 1st month of the offer period, a lucky draw will be conducted for customers who have availed any of the Assured Gifts upon successful gift redemption during the 1st month of Offer period i.e. 1.02.2021 to 28.02.2021.
11. 11. At the end of the 2nd month of the offer period, another lucky draw will be conducted for customers who have availed any of the Assured Gifts upon successful gift redemption during the 2nd month of Offer period i.e. 1.03.2021 to 31.03.2021.
12. 12. 1 lucky winner will be selected from each lucky draw to win a bumper prize of Honda CD-110 Dream Motorcycle. The lucky winners will be contacted by DCBL telephonically.
13. 13. DCBL and/or its employees and all its associated channel partner(s) will not be eligible to participate in the lucky draw contest under DSP Dhalai Bonanza.
14. 14. DCBL reserves the right to decide the eligibility of the participants, method to conduct the lucky draw(s) and choose the winner(s). SOP/methods of conducting the lucky draw shall be in sole discretion of DCBL and no query or communication with respect to the same shall be entertained.
15. 15. The Assured Gifts or Honda CD-110 Dream Motorcycle (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Prizes”) awarded as per eligibility stipulated above are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other goods. DCBL reserves the right to vary or substitute the Prizes without any prior notice. DCBL will not be liable for delay and/or failure in receiving, sending of the prizes for any foreseeable & unforeseeable reasons
16. 16. DCBL reserves the right to alter/modify the SOP or terminate the Offer and/ or Contest and/or any lucky draw(s) anytime without any prior notice. The Offer will be operative from 1st February, 2021 till 31st March, 2021. The Offer may be extended as per discretion of the DCBL management.
17. 17. DCBL and/or its employees and all its organizers shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses, injuries, claims, damages or expenses arising out of, or in connection with this Offer, Contest or the use of the Prizes. DCBL does not provide any kind of guarantee or warranty regarding quality or suitability of use regarding any of the Prizes mentioned herein.
18. 18. All matters and disputes arising out of or in relation to the offer, contest & prizes shall be subject to the discretionary decision of DCBL and all such decision shall be final and binding.
19. 19. Any expenses, taxes etc., applicable on the winning of Prizes in terms of applicable taxes provisions present and future shall be borne by the customers/contestants. DCBL shall not be liable if the customers/contestants are not able to collect the Prizes for failure of the customers for any reason.
20. 20. By registering and submitting the personal information (including customers’ names, email addresses, contact numbers, photos & any other credentials) customers grant unconditional authorization to DCBL to use the information for its marketing and promotional activities as per the DCBL’s company guidelines & requirements.
21. 21. To the extent permitted by law and to fulfil the purpose of this offer & contest, DCBL may share customer’s personal information with third parties including but not limited to agents, contractors or affiliate of DCBL in connection with the services that these individuals or entities perform for or work with DCBL. These agents, contractors or partners are restricted from using this data in any way other than to provide services for the DCBL or services for the collaboration in which they and DCBL are engaged in.
22. 22. DCBL reserves the right to share customer’s personal information to respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law or in exceptionally rare circumstances where national, state or company security is at issue. The Company reserves the right to share entire database of customers with appropriate governmental authorities, if required or directed as such.
23. 23. DCBL will retain customer’s personal data only for as long as it needs it for legitimate interest in accordance with applicable law.
24. 24 The customer may withdraw the consent within a reasonable time. If the customer has requested to withdraw the consent to DCBL from processing the personal information, this will not affect any processing which has already taken place at that time. For any such queries the customer may contact Marketing@dalmiacement.com. These rights may be limited for example, if fulfilling customer’s request would reveal personal data of another person or if the customer ask us to delete information which we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep.
25. 25. It is agreed and understood that in the event of any dispute or differences arising out of or relating to or with reference to or in connection with this offer, contest & prizes, the courts at New Delhi shall have the sole jurisdiction to decide the matter.
26. 26. DCBL accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third parties. In no event DCBL shall be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
27. 27. DCBL Cement Bags are also available without participating in the Offer.
28. 28. No two offers can be clubbed and the Prizes cannot be carried forward.
29. 29. The Terms & Conditions & SOP provided herein shall be read with in conjunction and in case of any ambiguity in interpretation of the clauses the interpretation by DCBL shall be final and binding.
