Diwali celebrations at Intech Organics Limited

Diwali for us not just a festival, its a belief system, it signifies homecoming, its that one time in the year where good wishes, mithai, lights and togetherness is of the essence. Every member of the Intech family whether Head office, our 3 plants, our remote employees participate in this festival. Our seniors ensure that no stone goes unturned in making it the festival of lights for everyone.

Goa unit celebrates International Yoga Day

On June 21, 2022, International Yoga Day, our Goa team came together to celebrate the power of holistic health practices through a yoga session. The session emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into one’s daily routine and left the team feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

The Intech Family participates in 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign

To celebrate the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign under the Government of India’s ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ initiative, our team members proudly hoisted the National Flag at their homes and came together to celebrate their freedom.

Intech Organics celebrates Independence Day

On the occasion of India's Independence Day, we hoisted the flag at our head office and plants. We also held a “Dress Your Ethnic Best in Tricolor” contest as part of the celebrations on August 12, 2022.

Our Goa plant celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi in full fervor!

On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, our Goa team sought Lord Ganesha's blessings by organizing a puja ceremony on August 31 and September 1, 2022. The team enthusiastically participated in the festivities and had a memorable time.

To pay homage to Lord Vishwakarma, the divine architect and sculptor of the universe, our employees at the Goa and Rajasthan plants attended Vishwakarma Puja at their respective sites on September 17, 2022.

We celebrate our employees and their accomplishments every month by organizing a rewards and recognition ceremony wherein our leaders appreciate our team members for their contribution to the business.

Goa and Rajasthan teams unite for a team-building activity

Our Rajasthan and Goa teams came together and participated in a fun-filled team-building activity on September 8 and September 22 respectively. This was an opportunity for our employees to forge lasting memories and strengthen their friendships with one other.

Diwali is a time for new beginnings. At Intech Organics, we embrace both old and new customs to honor this occasion. We celebrated the festival by sporting an ethnic look and partaking in a communal feast.

Christmas celebrations at our Goa unit

The Goa team had a fun Christmas celebration on December 24, 2022. Various activities were organized for everyone, including a fun-filled Christmas parade wherein all the team members wore Santa caps to add to the festive cheer.

74th Republic Day celebrations at Intech Organics!

On the occasion of India's 74th Republic Day, all of us at Intech Organics celebrated the day with patriotic fervor. We take immense pride in being a part of a nation with a culturally rich heritage, and we remain committed to contributing towards its progress and development.

Learning & Development Program for our employees

At Intech Organics, we invest in our people by adopting different methodologies to cultivate effective leadership qualities and empower them to realize their true potential. Under the theme ‘Together We Learn’, we organized a five-day training program on 'The Benefits of Positive Behavior’ which covered multiple modules, including conflict resolution, positive mindset, interpersonal skills, and work habits.

Intech Premier League (IPL) tournament at our Rajasthan plant

On January 26, 2023, the Rajasthan team organized a day-long cricket tournament called Intech Premier League. Mahavir Warriors emerged as the champions, winning the best-of-three finals by 2-0 and lifting the coveted trophy. In the first and second matches, they defeated Lions XI by six wickets and 24 runs, respectively.
