Creating Change at the Grassroots Level

At Intech Organics, we are committed to driving positive change and empowering the local communities in which we operate. We believe that by actively addressing social issues such as education, health and environmental conservation, we can help build a sustainable future for our communities.

Through Intech Foundation, the company’s dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) division, we strive to create a meaningful impact by providing vocational training to underprivileged youth and women, supporting educational centers and maintaining anganwadis – rural mother and childcare centers instituted by the Indian government – near our facilities.

We also take steps to be more environment friendly and responsible in what we do. These measures include recycling, minimizing the use of natural resources, and bringing down carbon emissions across our operations.

How We Make a Difference

Ensuring access to timely medical care via our ambulance service

Since 2017, we have been running a free-of-cost 24x7 ambulance service at our plant in Pali, Rajasthan. This service helps local residents in need of medical attention with timely transportation and access to the nearest hospital.

Creating a more comfortable learning environment for our children

We donated 25 pairs of tables and benches to the Biratia Kallan School in Pali, Rajasthan as part of our commitment to supporting educational centers.

Planting seeds of hope for future generations

Our team in Rajasthan planted 200 trees in and around our Pali unit during a week-long drive from July 1-7, 2022, to commemorate the 73rd Van Mahotsav (forest festival).

Bringing joy to the children at anganwadis

Our team in Rajasthan regularly donates various essentials, including clothes, toys, baby chairs, learning materials and food to the anganwadis in Bar village, located near our facility.

Supporting the cause of water self-reliance

Our team in Rajasthan extended its support during the construction of a dam in Ber village, Pali under the Chief Minister's Water Self-Reliance Initiative (Mukhya Mantri Jal Swawalamban Abhiyan Yojana).

Organized COVID-19 vaccination drives for the community

In our continued commitment to safeguarding the health of our employees and the community at large, we organized COVID-19 vaccination drives at Ber village, Pali, during the pandemic.

Upgrading the facilities at anganwadis for our children

Our support to anganwadis near our Pali facility extends to upgrading their infrastructural facilities to create a safer and more comfortable environment for the children and their mothers.
